St Andrew Church Hall, Windmill Road

St Andrew’s Church Hall was closed in May 2018 having been in an increasingly dilapidated condition for a number of years. Professional reports deemed that the hall and car park were no longer safe to use in their current condition.

 

The Parochial Church Council has been carefully considering the future of the site and the building. Because of its condition, the hall was being used only infrequently, and the Church does not have the funds to repair it to an adequate standard or to rebuild a new hall on the site.

 

It has therefore been decided to sell the site with outline planning permission for a small development of 2 houses. The PCC is currently investigating marketing options with view for the development.
